SPAZEHAUS (室禾设计) is a Johor Bahru–based interior design and construction firm creating homes and commercial spaces that reflect how you actually live and work.

Since 2014 we've designed everything from landed houses, bungalows and condominiums to cafés, restaurants, offices and retail — each shaped by our philosophy of space psychology. Our approach is end-to-end: from the first consultation and space planning to 3D visualisation, custom carpentry, lighting and the final handover, our in-house team manages every detail.

Established in 2014 and rebranded in 2020, SPAZEHAUS (室禾设计) turned a design lab into an immersive living-experience gallery — inspired by the Chinese Siheyuan courtyard and 禾, the symbiosis of nature and growth.
