SPAZEHAUS (室禾设计) is a Johor Bahru-based interior design and construction company that believes every home and meaningful commercial space begins with understanding the people who live and work in it.

Since 2014, we've designed landed houses, bungalows, condominiums, cafés, restaurants, offices and retail spaces, each shaped by our belief that great design starts with people, not trends.

Rather than asking what style you like, we begin by exploring your lifestyle, daily routines, relationships and aspirations. Guided by our Spacology (Space Psychology) methodology, we design spaces around how you truly live, allowing light, materials, textures and spatial flow to support your everyday wellbeing.

From the first consultation and space planning to 3D visualisation, custom carpentry, lighting design and the final handover, our in-house team manages every detail.
